The most comprehensive collection of period railway architecture and engineering in East Anglia. Based upon a busy Victorian country jct station, there are preserved locomotives, passenger and freight rolling stock, workingsignal boxes, a heritage centre, a fine transport bookshop, gift shop and buffet. Steam train rides on approximately 30 days per year and there is also a miniature railway. Free parking and a picnic area.
