Millers of ten pure stoneground organic flours in Mount Pleasant Windmill, a traditional four-sailed brick tower mill built in 1875- bakers of organic breads using their own organic flour and an 18 ton wood-fired oven. Choice of up to fifteen different organic breads at the weekend. Tour of the windmill available (day of evening) open all year 6 days a week.
We also have tea-rooms on site with a good selection of home-baked cakes, fresh scones and very popular cream teas. We also offer light lunches with soup, salads served with a basket of organic bread as well as sandwiches.
Our small wholefood shop offer a good choice of jam, pickles and biscuits and of course our organic flour and organic breads are for sale in the tea-rooms.
