Set in the rolling North Downs overlooking magnificent parklands, Loseley Park has been in the same family for 500 years. Built by Sir William More in 1562 at the request of Queen Elizabeth 1, it retains the warmth and welcome of a family home with three generations of the More Molyneux family living there today. The house is a fine example of Elizabethan architecture featuring many fine works of art.
Based on a Gertrude Jekyll design, the restored Wall Garden contains five beautiful differently themed ‘rooms’ and is often compared by visitors to gardens of national renown. A variety of gifts, plants, and Loseley produce are on sale in the plant sales area and in the gift shop and guests can enjoy light lunches and teas in the Courtyard Tea Rooms.
