Set on the Pier in Kyleakin on the Isle of Skye, the Visitor Centre provides an interactive experience suitable for people of all ages. Based on the Island of Eileanban, tales of local history and the natural environment are brought to life. The Centre also houses a shop selling quality crafts and gifts and offers tourist information. Entry to the Centre is free. Boat trips operate to the Island of Eileanban, which is now managed as a conservation area. The Island features nature trails, a sensory garden, wildlife hide, museum and viewing platforms.
