Thermae Bath Spa

What Thermae Bath Spa offers

Thermae Bath Spa combines modern facilities with a tradition of well-being which dates back over 2,000 years. Visitors will find four natural thermal baths on a visit to the spa, in addition to a stunning open-air rooftop pool with skyline views of the city of Bath, a world heritage site in itself. You can also enjoy four state-of-the-art steam rooms infused with aromatherapy oils, 20 treatment rooms offering a range of over 50 complementary therapies, activity classes including yoga and Pilates as well as The Springs Restaurant.

Cross Bath

The waters of Bath

Bath exists because of the emergence of three natural springs in the heart of the city which contain 42 different minerals to revitalise and reinvigorate you. Local water is used at the Thermae Bath Spa, so you can bathe as the Romans did centuries before you.

Bath in Avon

The spa buildings

The Bath Spa is a combination of new building and restoration. The centrepiece is the state-of-the-art New Royal Bath which houses the main spa complex, however a number of listed buildings, such as the Cross Bath and the Hot Bath have also been restored.  The result is a wonderful mix of existing Georgian buildings with new contemporary designs, making the spa an intriguing and exciting place to visit.
