London’s ‘green lungs’ are set to sway to sweet sounds this summer with a programme of free concerts held at the parks’ traditional bandstands.
More than 50 free concerts will be held in The Royal Parks from 28 June – 30 August. Head down to St James’ Park, Greenwich Park, Kensington Gardens and Regent’s Park to hear great music in the lush and lovely setting of London’s most relaxing green spaces.
There’s something for everyone from saxophones to salsa and ukuleles to big brass bands and it’s all for free. So roll out the rug, pack a picnic and head to the Royal Parks for some great entertainment.
London’s Royal Parks are wonderful open spaces in the heart of the city. Explore Regent’s Park, with its excellent sports facilities, Greenwich Park with its fabulous views of Canary Wharf or discover Kensington Gardens with its charming Peter Pan statue and the Albert Memorial.
