The popular River Lagan towpath links the centre of Belfast with the town of Lisburn. Starting at the revitalised Belfast waterfront, the path leaves the city behind as it passes through the attractive Lagan Valley Regional Park. Along the path a series of artworks have been constructed that celebrate and relect upon the River Lagans rich history and distinctive local character.

Other points of interest include Lisburn Cathedral, Belfast’s Botanic Gardens and the neolithic Giant’s Ring and Chambered Cave.
