Heathrow by tube

London Underground

You can also travel between Heathrow Airport and all parts of London by tube. The westbound Piccadilly Line (dark blue) has 3 stations for Heathrow, one serving terminals 1, 2 and 3, one for terminal 4 and one for terminal 5. This is the cheapest way into central London from the airport.

To and from the airport

In 2007 the Piccadilly line was extended to the recently-opened Terminal 5. Terminal 5 is now the first station at Heathrow, trains depart from here to terminals 1, 2 and 3 and then into the centre of London. Terminal 4 is reached from Hatton Cross (the last station before Heathrow terminals 1, 2 and 3).
